Students report that the curriculum follows Kurukshetra university standards and includes regular classes, tests and assignments helping most students understand subjects clearly. Faculty is often described as good and helpful.

College Infra

This college has average to decent infrastructure overall. The campus is noted for classrooms, labs, library, hostels, sports and wi-fi, but some students find Wi-Fi coverage limited and facilities basic in parts.

Placements

Placements at this college are quite weak. only a small percentage of students get offers, with some batches seeing as low as ~20% placed and average package under Rs 3-4LPA. Many students rely on off campus jobs.

The academics at Seth Jai Parkash Mukand Lal Institute of Engineering and Technology are good for the BCA course. The syllabus is well-structured and covers both theoretical and practical concepts. Most faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and approachable when students need help. Regular classes, internal assessments, assignments, and lab work help in understanding the subjects better. However, more industry-oriented projects and advanced practical exposure would further improve the academic experience.

Overall, JMIT has most of the necessary infrastructure and facilities to support your education in BCA. If you are looking for a college with available academic resources and a lovely campus environment, JMIT can be a good choice — but be ready to work on your own skills, as practical exposure and placement opportunities may require extra effort beyond college support.

Placements

The placement opportunities at Seth Jai Parkash Mukand Lal Institute of Engineering and Technology are good for students who are active and skill-oriented.
