My college shaheed bhagat singh evening have one of the best infrastructure among the colleges in india the buildings of college is designed beautifully and it has a different structure as it's in circle design and it also has a huge library where more than 5000 books are available.
I'm studying b.com program because I have an interest in commerce and the quality of education here in shaheed bhagat singh evening college is the best. This college is famous for commerce and people from whole India come here to study.
The placement of our college is really good and have one of the best placements among the whole Delhi University colleges many students from our college has been placed and now they are well settled and have a good life.
Money is valuable and doing b.com is not essential we have to complete post graduation after doing b.com program because just b.com will give a normal salary of 7 to 8k and which is not more we have to do post graduation.
Since lockdown we haven't visited our college due to this pandemic and I have heard from seniors that the campus is beautiful and have plenty of spots where we can sit and do chit chat and the location of our college is also safe.
So,overall my college is the best and one can take admission over here since the admission is based on merit basis so you have to work hard and get In this but still nothing is possible keep going and you will definitely achieve one day.
The infrastructure of college is pretty good. Not one of the best of south campus colleges but pretty decent. Library is big. Classrooms are average size. Cleanliness and hygiene is decent.( Can be better). Overall, can't say no to our college on the infrastructure;)
We've been having online classes for months, still teachers are able to manage good teaching. Notes are provided us after lectures and assignment are announced weeks ago. So, students have enough time to complete it.
The college placements are decent as compared to other south campus colleges. ( Even though it is an evening college). Sh. Bhagat Singh is referred to one of the best eve colleges in Delhi. It has its own placement cell.
As it is a government college, the fees is very low:) I was surprised to know the fees details when I heard my friends from other colleges fees. And yes, the fees is worthy as it has great societies and academics.
I haven't much enjoyed my campus life due to pandemic:( but the teachers are very nice and made great friends in the college. My classmates are good people, always available. They help in assignments and are very friendly.
Overall if you are getting admission in this college. Compare it with others college review and don't let the chance go. One more great thing is it's very near to the metro station of Sheik Sarai, Chirag Delhi.
College infrastructure is well maintained. Every part of college is in use and are in good condition. The canteen area is also well maintained with pure hygienic . All parts of college campus are in use Library is open for students most of the time. Living space is also clean and food area are also hygienic.
I am studying Bcom because it is one of the best commerce College in the entire University because of the quality teaching the faculties .Faculties are always up for the classes no hesitation in asking doubt.
Placement is also quite impressive as every year a good number of companies visits this college for recruitment. Companies like Google Microsoft HDFC visits regularly for recruitment of freshers with a handsome package.
It's totally money Worth. No direct pinch of fees because it is very affordable. About 25000 maximum for the whole course.
The environment of college campus is quite refreshing the senior and junior relationship is very friendly. Students having the opportunity to participate in different activities as it is provided by College many often.
It's a worthy college for commerce or all field students. There is no pressure of studies students can feel light and complete it's course in a smooth way with other activities.
It has all necessary infrastructure. Library and sport room is also good. There is no hostel. College is clean and tidy, the food in canteen is hygienic but not too good. There is also good computer in computer lab.
I am pursuing B. Com hons course. As my college comes under University of Delhi , it does have updated curriculum. Recent demanded skills are also been taught. But in my college teaching staff is not too good. Some teachers are good some are not good.
Placements are good in our college, many international banks also comes to hire students from our college. I don't know about the data of how many were placed and package. As I am in second year I haven't experienced it yet, but the college is supportive.
Per year cost was around ₹7000. I think it is very much value for money.
College is safe, seniors are also very supportive. There is no ragging thing. Location is also very good , it comes in South delhi, yes it can handle emergency.
The college has a beautiful campus of around 9 acres. It has all necesarry facilites and also have above than average infrastructure. The food is good and hygienic and the campus is wifi enabled too. The classes are in decent condition and the campus is filled with greenry.
The teachers are well qualified and passionate about teaching. Its not like what some people thinks about evening colleges. The curriculum is updated accordung to the guidelines of Delhi University. The teachers are knowledgable and cooperative.
The college has its own placement cell whuch work hard to attract different companies and startup to come and hire students. You will find it very motivating to do internship through our college environmemt. However dont expect a big package just after your graduation.
No doubt its one of the best value of money college the fees is minimal in comparison to what the college provides you in return. The course cost is around 10,000 per year. You will never feel the burden of high fees here.
The college has its own multi floor, air conditioned library which is equipped with thousands of books and also have subscription of many good finance magazines. It has various playfields for different sports.
MS colleges having a good infrastructure but the classes are small teachers teaches in a conjusted environment yes but this college is having a good design , Greenery, and biggest ground in the whole university of delhi.
Teachers are very cooperative and now we are attending online classes and whenever we have any problem teachers explain us and solve that problem and we can also call them to get help from them, so good in academics.
It's having a placement cell but very less students are selected for that. I am in first year and out of above thousands students not 50 students were selected. Mean to say the vacancies in placement cell is less and applicants are more.
Yes it is value for money only 6825 rupees is the fees for bcom in 1st year. As university of delhi is a government university so it is not costly an shaheed Bhagat Singh evening college is not expensive.
Campus Life is good. This shaheed Bhagat Singh college is having a good crowd, ok infrastructure and cooperative teachers but as this college is not having any hostel so it is not that much enjoyable .
Yes this is a good college in university of delhi. Having a good crowd comes in South campus of delhi university situated in Sheikh Sarai New Delhi having a good canteen , Good building, good Greenery in the ground greenery.
Talking about the infrastructure of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College, I must acknowledge the fact that its average. All the necessary items are available but if they could add something it would have been better.
Talking about the academics in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College, I am mainly studying Economics and Entrepreneurship. And I think a lot of improvement can be made in academics. Lets hope the best with NEP.
Placement, A word that I never heard in the campus of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College. Talking about the placements from the college, I frankly don’t think that its worth comparing with other colleges.
Value for money Value for money Value for money Value for money value for money Value for money value for money Value for money value for money Value for money value for money Value for money value for money Value for money.

Talking about my own classroom first, the infrastructure is average here with fans and lights in working condition and some broken window panes, in some classes. With no projecter facility these guys teach in that same traditional style. Yes, library and laboratory are somewhat good, they are well air-conditioned, here these guys take practical classes, two times in a week nearly for 3hour, but they are limited seats, if you come first then you will get the seat otherwise you need to stand .
Talking about my first year classes, the core teachers are biharis, speaking in English which is hard to get in your head at first, ones you are regular then something will get in your head. While the other class teachers are good in their subjects.
No, till now I didn't heard about placement, but some teachers say yes some of are graduates go into GIS after graduation which is a good option. Are these rumours or something, will realise.when I will become graduate
Yes paying 5k to 6k a year, and getting these facilities is value for money if you engage yourself well and good in your studies, otherwise doing graduation won't lend you a job. Apart from college fees there is also semester fees, which you need to pay before every semester somewhat 1500.But the biggest cost is the living expenses, here pgs charge you a lot, I spend average 10k per month which takes cost to 1lakh 20k per year, so one need to be from a well supported family
If about my experience, the campus life is quite poor if you engage yourself in only studies, you need to join societies and should engage in other activities to take the savour out of college life, and talking about crowd, it's the average with most classmates as biharis, but these people are really hardworking and helps you a lot.
Guys, if you really want to get the change within you better join morning college or just go to the north campus, owing to my experience you can take the better view of delhi from north campus where crowd is a lot good one, what you thought of delhi be like and college life be like, but you are here only for studies then you can study anywhere in this world, but if you want to learn sth new and different then better go north campus
College infrastructure is very good. It has well ventilated classrooms, air conditioned seminar rooms and labs. It has one of the biggest library of DU which is properly maintained under strict Guidelines. It provides wifi facilities inside campus and also provide free laptops to every student who is willing to have one during their college life. It has big ground, tennis and basketball courts as well as cricket practice net. Rooms are allotted to various soc. Canteen is yummy..
Teaching facilities are good. Though it's an evening college yet teaching facilities are strict. They solve queries even after college hours. Faculty is very helpful and caring (some are exception though). The curriculum is up to date and all exams takes place taking in mind the amendments till date.
SBSeC is one of the best college of South campus. Various Bigshots like KPMG, Delloit, EY etc. comes in our placement drives....It has very good name in the field of Commerce...An avg. student is hired for package if 3.5lac. and the highest package was 19 lac for 2019...70% people get placed through placement cell while other opt for further studies or govt. jobs......So overall good reputation in Market.
my fee was around 7k pr year...which comes up to be 21k at the end of course...and the facilities, faculties, Chief Guests, placements etc. are for more than expected.
Campus life is fun. 90% shops in its surrounding provides tasty food at best price..whereas 10% comprises of other shops such as bookstores, grocery etc. The atmosphere is positive and have good vibes that motivates people to achieve heights.
This was my best decision.
