Talking about the infrastructure of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College, I must acknowledge the fact that its average. All the necessary items are available but if they could add something it would have been better.
Talking about the academics in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College, I am mainly studying Economics and Entrepreneurship. And I think a lot of improvement can be made in academics. Lets hope the best with NEP.
Placement, A word that I never heard in the campus of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College. Talking about the placements from the college, I frankly don’t think that its worth comparing with other colleges.

Talking about my own classroom first, the infrastructure is average here with fans and lights in working condition and some broken window panes, in some classes. With no projecter facility these guys teach in that same traditional style. Yes, library and laboratory are somewhat good, they are well air-conditioned, here these guys take practical classes, two times in a week nearly for 3hour, but they are limited seats, if you come first then you will get the seat otherwise you need to stand .
Talking about my first year classes, the core teachers are biharis, speaking in English which is hard to get in your head at first, ones you are regular then something will get in your head. While the other class teachers are good in their subjects.
No, till now I didn't heard about placement, but some teachers say yes some of are graduates go into GIS after graduation which is a good option. Are these rumours or something, will realise.when I will become graduate
Yes paying 5k to 6k a year, and getting these facilities is value for money if you engage yourself well and good in your studies, otherwise doing graduation won't lend you a job. Apart from college fees there is also semester fees, which you need to pay before every semester somewhat 1500.But the biggest cost is the living expenses, here pgs charge you a lot, I spend average 10k per month which takes cost to 1lakh 20k per year, so one need to be from a well supported family
If about my experience, the campus life is quite poor if you engage yourself in only studies, you need to join societies and should engage in other activities to take the savour out of college life, and talking about crowd, it's the average with most classmates as biharis, but these people are really hardworking and helps you a lot.
Guys, if you really want to get the change within you better join morning college or just go to the north campus, owing to my experience you can take the better view of delhi from north campus where crowd is a lot good one, what you thought of delhi be like and college life be like, but you are here only for studies then you can study anywhere in this world, but if you want to learn sth new and different then better go north campus
College infrastructure is very good. It has well ventilated classrooms, air conditioned seminar rooms and labs. It has one of the biggest library of DU which is properly maintained under strict Guidelines. It provides wifi facilities inside campus and also provide free laptops to every student who is willing to have one during their college life. It has big ground, tennis and basketball courts as well as cricket practice net. Rooms are allotted to various soc. Canteen is yummy..
Teaching facilities are good. Though it's an evening college yet teaching facilities are strict. They solve queries even after college hours. Faculty is very helpful and caring (some are exception though). The curriculum is up to date and all exams takes place taking in mind the amendments till date.
SBSeC is one of the best college of South campus. Various Bigshots like KPMG, Delloit, EY etc. comes in our placement drives....It has very good name in the field of Commerce...An avg. student is hired for package if 3.5lac. and the highest package was 19 lac for 2019...70% people get placed through placement cell while other opt for further studies or govt. jobs......So overall good reputation in Market.
my fee was around 7k pr year...which comes up to be 21k at the end of course...and the facilities, faculties, Chief Guests, placements etc. are for more than expected.
Campus life is fun. 90% shops in its surrounding provides tasty food at best price..whereas 10% comprises of other shops such as bookstores, grocery etc. The atmosphere is positive and have good vibes that motivates people to achieve heights.
This was my best decision.
