Shetty Institute of Technology admission offers B.Tech programmes in various disciplines. To get admission to B.Tech at SIT Gulbarga, candidates need to take KCET which is conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA)/ JEE Main, which is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or COMEDK/AIEEE.

Yes, there is a concession of 5% in the qualifying marks. Whereas General Merit candidates need 45% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics and the optional subjects, SC/ST and OBC (categories 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B) candidates only require 40%.
