First aid facility is available in the College and a part-time qualified Doctor, who is in the University Panel, visits the College twice a week. The students may avail the W.U.S. health center facility in B.R. Ambedkar College. Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital is in close proximity of the College. The College library has an excellent collection of nearly 50,000 books and subscribes to 22 magazines & journals covering almost all the subjects relating to Arts, Commerce, Computers, Humanities & Generalia. It regularly subscribes to periodicals and Newspapers in Hindi and English. The library has an open shelf system for the students of Honours Courses. The Library is computerized and air-conditioned. 4 library cards for students of Honours courses and 3 cards for students of B.Com and B.A. Programme courses are issued for borrowing books. The reading Hall of the Library is equipped with computers providing free internet browsing facility for the students.

The College offers immense opportunities for students inclined towards sports, both indoors and outdoors. In addition to expert guidance, facilities exists for Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton, Handball, Football, Table Tennis, Hockey as well as for Athletics and Judo. The students of the college are actively encouraged to participate in these activities.
