Hello. As per the agreement between the State Government and Association of Colleges, an upper limit of annual engineering tuition fee has been agreed. The upper limit of Rs. 1,70,000 and Rs. 1,21,000 has been decided by the authorities. The choice between the two fees is as per the institutions.

SIT tumkur has holidays or half day on Saturday?

It depends on the college only as there is no such information out for the same. So it would be better to check with the officials to know the exact schedule.

Is it wise to take EEE in manipal or CS in SIT tumkur,Bangalore

The labs are very good and well-equipped with Wi-Fi and other facilities needed for students to learn. There are many labs in the CSE Department itself, and on every floor, there are 2 to 3 labs equipped with AC.
