St John’s Polytechnic Hubli admissions are offered to diploma students. St John’s Polytechnic Hubli admissions are conducted as per the norms and guidelines laid down by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Bangalore from time to time on a merit basis, and the curriculum and evaluation are also followed as prescribed by the DTE, Bangalore. St John’s Polytechnic Hubli admission is granted subject to the fulfilment of eligibility conditions and final approval by the DTE, Bangalore.

For St John’s Polytechnic Hubli admission, candidates must have passed S.S.L.C/CBSE examination with compulsory Mathematics and Science subjects, securing a minimum of 35% marks in each subject. PUC passed or failed candidates are also eligible to apply, while ITI passed candidates may be considered for lateral entry into the third semester. Admission to  St John's Polytechnic is finalised only after approval from the DTE, Bangalore, and candidates are required to submit all necessary documents at the time of admission.
