The undergraduate engineering programmes offered at Stella Mary's College include six programmes, namely: Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. All these programmes are made available based on TANCET scores. The overall capacity for BE/B.Tech programmes is 420 seats, while Computer Science Engineering takes lead as the highest with up to 120 seats.
The college has only two postgraduate engineering courses: ME in Computer Science and Engineering and ME in Industrial Safety Engineering. Stella Mary's College of Engineering, Kanyakumari admission process for these two programmes is based on scores in CEETA-PG. Each of the ME programmes has a capacity of 24 seats. Candidates seeking admission into these courses must have at least a related BE/B.Tech degree.
