• General: 57 percentile-60 percentile
• OBC: 56 percentile-60 percentile
• SC: 55 percentile-60 percentile
• ST: 55 percentile - 60 percentile

Cutoff changes every year depending upon various factors and by looking at many years the cutoff should lie between these ranks

See it is quite difficult to predict your admission possibilities in Symbiosis medical college, Pune as it is being setup this year and hence there is no previous year cut-off data for it.
