Well the score you get in the set entrance examination is not much good but if you belong to a defence category then that make your chance in this more high. You can have chance to get admission in BBa courses in the colleges under the set entrance

- Analyse the complete syllabus of SET exam.
- Don't leave even a single topic of syllabus , practice each type of questions of all topics .
- refer some question bank with your coach consult.
Both the option are good for law but i will suggest you for UPES due to its education quality and its placements. It provide both basic and specialised law courses. So BA LLB in energy laws has wide scope in future.
