Technique Polytechnic Institute Hooghly admissions are offered to 9 diploma courses. Technique Polytechnic Institute admission is conducted through two quotas. Under the counselling quota (75% of intake), candidates must apply through the Common Online Application for admission in Polytechnics. Merit is based on Class 10 marks, and seat allotment is carried out through counselling based on rank and preferences.
Under the direct Technique Polytechnic Institute admission quota (25% of intake), candidates must have passed or appeared in Class 10 with pass marks in all subjects. Seats are allotted based on eligibility and performance in the Technique Admission Test (TAT)/JEXPO, subject to submission of original documents at the time of admission. Teaching style is very good of teachers in this institute and exams are also guarded by two teachers per classroom Timely assignments and internals with marks also for attendance minimum 75% attendance required to sit in exams
College Infra
Everything is good and well maintained but their are few pigeons which make the middle part of the college building dirty and toilets and washrooms are also not hygienic there are lot of mess thrown in the toilets by students
Campus Life
Campus Life is very memorable and a lot of fun and ever new experience a school student could feel and learn from that will be faced by the student in his/her course duration
Placements
Not too good placements you can't be offered a job of your own field but you can get average salary of about 2,3 LPA's and no work near your hometown or state you will get jobs from different states which can also be problematic for several students
