Once you have cleared your CA foundation exams you can register yourself for the CA Intermediate exams . The articleship will start only after you clear your CA Intermediate exams and you have to complete your IT training anytime before starting with your articleship.
I did my Article ship in 1999-2002 , what is the procedure for apprearing for CA Intermediate exam in Nov'21 do i need to do article ship again

There is nothing such mentioned about the validity of Articleship validity, I guess once you do articleship then it is valid till last. To register for CA intermediate , candidate must have atleast 55% marks in graduation and post graduation (commerce students). Visit here for more, details:
