UCOER Pune Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoff & Application Form

Universal College of Engineering and Research (UCOER), Pune-has been established as an educational institution that offers diverse engineering studies at undergraduate and diploma courses. The admissions in this college have a well-organized procedure according to the standards set by the higher education system in Maharashtra. The college primarily considers JEE Mains and the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) for admission to their BE programs.

At UCOER, the admission cycle usually starts around the months leading up to the new academic year that starts early August to September. The aspiring candidate is expected to complete either JEE Main or MHT CET, which is eligibility and preference based. Application Process

4. Payment of the defined application.

5. Submit the form with essential documents which include, typically:

• 10th and 12th mark sheets
• Entrance examination scorecard (JEE Main or MHT CET)
• Domicile certificate (if applicable)
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Other relevant certificates as specified by the institute

6. Hold on for merit list or seat allotment results.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech/BE:

There are four BE programs in UCOER Pune: Mechanical, Computer, Electrical and Civil Engineering. Candidates are admitted based on the performance in JEE Main or MHT CET. 

The total number of seats available are:

• BE Mechanical Engineering: 30 seats
• BE Computer Engineering: 15 seats
• BE Electrical Engineering: 23 seats
• BE Civil Engineering: 23 seats

Eligibility for admission to these programs requires candidates to have completed their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from a recognized board.

Diploma:

Three diploma programs are also offered by UCOER.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering: 23 seats
• Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering: 15 seats
• Diploma in Civil Engineering: 15 seats

Diploma admission is generally on the basis of the performance of the individual in the respective state level entrance test designed for diploma.
