UGMIT Rayagada Diploma Admission Process 

• Visit the official Odisha Student Academic Management System website and fill out the online application form.  

• Attach the necessary documents.

• Submit the form with the application form with documents and fees.

• Undergo the document verification process and submit the required certificates. The applicant must go to the centre in person for this step. 

• Upon successful admission into the institute, pay the course fees.

• Migration Certificate for applicants passing 10th standard from any other board than BSE Odisha

• Balance Fees are to be deposited at the institute.

• Medical fitness certificate from a government doctor.
