UGMIT Diploma Admission Process 2024

Applicants can take the following steps to gain admission to UGMIT Rayagada. 

• Visit the official Odisha Student Academic Management System website- skill.samsodisha.gov.in and fill out the online application form.  

• Attach the necessary documents

• Pay the registration fee of Rs 100 at the time of filling out the form.

• Submit the form

• Undergo the document verification process and submit the required certificates. The applicant must go to the centre in person for this step. 

• Pay the fee of Rs 200 during the document verification process.

• Upon successful admission into the institute, pay the course fees.

• Fee deposit slip 

• Conduct Certificate and SLC / CLC from your previous institution.

• Attested recent passport-size photographs

• Migration Certificate for applicants passing 10th standard from any other board than BSE Odisha

• Balance Fees are to be deposited at the institute.

• Medical fitness certificate from a Government Doctor.
