Hey there
It is quite difficult to answer your question as you have not mentioned the name of the college or university about which this is question? So kindly mention the name of the college or university. Only then I can answer your question.
However for all the details related to to all the colleges in India you can use our link:
Hey Prachi
The cutoffs for all the courses are expected to increase this year. If you had asked about last year or the year before the I could surely say that you could get a seat with 450 or 460 but this year the cutoffs are expected to go higher. However you must not lose hope and go forth with the counselling because you never know, you might bag the seat,
As far as colleges are concerned with something between 450 to 460 you can also get a seat in mbbs in Indian Institute of Medical Science and Research, Jalna and Vedantaa Institute of Medical Science Vedantaa Hospital and Research. You may also get a number of dental colleges with tis score.

See the eligibility cutoff for NEET to apply for various medical courses was 135 marks for general unreserved category last year and 107 marks out of 720 for reserved category like SC, St, etc. And to get into a good government college BAMS course, you'll need to have 420-450 and above marks in NEET. Having said this cutoffs also depends on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level difficulty, also the state you reside in, also the college you aiming for...
So as of now prepare on focusing more and more and once the marks and ranks are our, you can check out the same using our predictor tool...
