Admission to B.E., The Candidate should Pass the Second PUC/12th standard/Equivalent examination with English as one of the Languages and obtain a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry/ BioTechnology/Biology/Electronics/Computer. 40% for for SC, ST, Category- 1,2A,2B,3A, and 3B category candidates. Foreign/NRI students are also admitted to the B.E. courses. They must hold a valid student VISA.

Admission to B.E Lateral Entry, Passed in any diploma examination or equivalent examinations and B.Sc degree holders from a recognized university as defined by UGC with a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry/ BioTechnology/Biology/Electronics/Computer. 40% for for SC, ST, Category- 1,2A,2B,3A, and 3B category candidates. Foreign/NRI students are also admitted to the B.E. courses. They must hold a valid student VISA.
