Both JNTU and VIT Chennai are unique in their own ways. Both are well recognized colleges in India.  Being a girl you shouldn't take a back step in choosing the best college. Since Hyderabad is your hometown you will be feel safe in choosing JNTU. But if you choose VIT Chennai which is out of your hometown makes you to experience the outer world. This helps you in getting rid of nervousness when you are placed at anywhere in the country or even  out of country too. Moreover VIT Chennai has all the minimum facilities for girls living there. Compared to JNTU VIT has well infra-structured colleges, labs, experienced teaching faculties, hostel facilities and good placement record. So please try to check the pros and cons to choose the best college.

Dear candidate, it is up to you which branch you prefer. EC is a more difficult branch than CS. CS has more employment opportunities than EC. EC is preferable for government jobs. Last, but not the least: your interest. Choose the one, in which your interest is. If you do not like coding then don’t go into CS. Average package of CSE SRM is more than ECE VIT. College life at both colleges is good, with a little bit of restrictions at VIT.

Before the commencement of classes, there will be an orientation programme to make you clear about the course you have selected and an introduction to the degree life. At first congratulations on your new journey at Vellore Institute of technology. As per the guidelines of the institution, the classes for the freshers batch 2021 will commence from 2nd August in online mode. The login credentials and other details for the same would be sent to you on your registered email id 2-3 days before the mentioned date, as the counselling process for VITEEE has not completed yet and the college is also waiting for the release of 12th board results.

Incase youre interested in CSE, and getting it in any of the Tier 2 NITs, you should go for it, and prefer it above VIT Chennai. Tier 2 NITs nowadays have strong placements besides having good faculty, infrastructure, employer outlook and research facilities.
