Vishwaniketan Institute of Management Entrepreneurship and Engineering Technology (VIMEET), Khalapur, has a well-laid admission process for desirous engineers. The admission process at VIMEET attempts to lure meritorious applicants into joining the engineering programs. Candidates seeking admission to the institute have the option of submitting their admission entrance exam scores for the two national examinations of great significance: JEE Main and MHT CET. These two examinations stand as gateways for the aspirants choosing to pursue a B.Tech program in VIMEET.
For JEE Main, the new cycle of examinations begins with the release of city intimation slip on January 2, 2025. The MHT CET has scheduled the exam for the PCB group on April 9, 2025. Students have to read between the lines. The remaining requirements for admission consideration at VIMEET usually include the passing of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the necessary subjects.
Application Process
The process of getting into the various B. Tech programs offered by VIMEET entails the following steps.

4. After the declaration of entrance exam results, eligible candidates will be called to participate in a centralized admission procedure organized by the competent authority in Maharashtra.

Degree-wise Admission Process
B.Tech: VIMEET offers six B.Tech programs-Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning-among which entry is determined by your performance in JEE Main or MHT CET. The approved intake for most programs is 60 seats each, except for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, which has 120 seats.
