The admissions at Vivekanand Institute of Management Gulbarga are based on the merit and merit-list is prepared based on the marks obtained in the previous qualifying examination. Candidates must meet the Vivekanand Institute of Management Gulbarga eligibility criteria as set by the Government of Karnataka. • VIMT Gulbarga admissions to undergraduate programmes take place through the UUCMS, the Unified University and College Management System (UUCMS), Government of Karnataka. 

• Candidates who wish to apply for admission into the institute have to visit the official website of the college and click on the admission tab. 

• They will be redirected to the karnataka.gov.in page where they have to register themselves. 

• The registration process requires the candidates to fill in their personal details, upload a photo and signature, details about their category/ special category, Quota details, and educational qualifications.  

• The registration itself is the application form.

At the undergraduate level, Vivekanand Institute of Management admissions are offered to BCA, BBA and B.Com programmes. All VIMT Gulbarga programmes are full-time and offered for a duration of 3-years.
