Symbiosis school of Economics, Pune offers BSc (Hons) economics, a 3 year long UG course. The admission to this course is done on the basis of an applicant's score in SET examination.

As per personal reviews, the faculties at SSE, Pune are excellent. They're approachable and experienced. They're well qualified and as such, are good at what they do. The course curriculum is focused on industry's requirements and equips students with knowledge about practical working. The infrastructure is not up to the mark of some big name Institutions, but the management ensures that students are not denied basic facilities. Libraries, laboratories, gymnasium, hostel facilities etc are all provided for students. The placements are not focused on particularly as most of the students opt to go for their masters or higher studies. However, the average median package is around 5LPA. Internships in companies such as Deloitte, EY, HDFC etc are compulsory for students in the SY.

Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune offers BA (Hons) Economics which is a 3 year long course. Admissions are granted on a candidate's score in 10+2 qualifying examination.

As per personal reviews, the Infrastructure is top tier. There's wifi facilities for students, canteen facilities, libraries, laboratories etc. Hygiene is strictly maintained in the premises. The faculties are excellent as well. They're cooperative, experienced and qualified. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry requirements as well. Placements are offered in companies such as E&Y, KPMG, Deloitte etc. The average median package is around 4.2LPA

Depending on which one appeals to you more, you can opt for either of the Institutions.
