Based on previous year cutoff for BITS Pilani you can easily get admission in MSc Biological Sciences and MSc Chemistry courses. Last year the cutoff was 259 marks for MSc Biological Sciences and 265 marks for MSc Chemistry. So dont worry you will surely get a seat.

As far as the undergraduate courses in BITS PILANI- HYDERABAD campus are concerned, there is no structure of a department called Optometry which you can get through their entrance examination which is known as BITSAT.

Well one way to look into the question is that NIT is a government institution whereas institutions like BITS Pilani- Hyderabad campus, is a private institution. Package is more or less the same it all depends on your skillsets and your efforts and sincerity.

B.Pharma is that department in BITS which you can get even if you fail to get a commendable score in BITSAT.
In BITS-Pilani the B.Pharma closes at around 220-230 marks
On the other hand, in Hyderabad campus, it can go as low as 170-180 marks as well.
