In 2018 in BITS-Pilani Hyderabad campus.. B.Pharma closed at 177 marks 

So at a score of 211 you will definately get B.Pharma there in Hyderabad campus.

As a matter of fact..B.Pharm closed at 213 last year in Pilani campus. So if you're lucky enough you can get Pilani campus as well.

You have got a decent BITSAT score so well done for that. Now coming to the question..in 2018 Msc in BITS-Pilani Hyderabad campus closed at 283

So you should consider yourself on a safe side and there are high chances that you shall get the department there.

If you are getting BITS-Hyderabad campus with Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering 4 years then you should go for it.

Rest you should ask yourself what do you want..what department are you interested in. If you are interested in that..you should go for it!

All the colleges which you have mentioned above are good but as per the ranking BITs Pilani comes first then IIIT Hyderabad and CEPT you can consider at third number. So I would suggest you to go through below link to know all about the same before making any decision -

All campuses of BITS (Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad) release their individual branch-wise cut off marks after the declaration of results. BITS Pilani will announce the results in July 2019 at bitsadmission.com.

The cut off of last year was 338 for BE with electrical and electronics engineering in Bits Pilani. This year it will be around this figure only.

According to the current system in BITS, there is no scholarship or fee concession given on the fees on the basis of the candidate's marks in BITSAT. Therefore, your son won't get any fee concession. However, every year, the college gives Institute Merit and Merit-cum-need Scholarship to its students. The details for the same are available on the link provided (refer pt. 4):

I am sorry to inform you that according to the previous year trends in cutoffs, it is not possible to get admission in M.Sc. Physics at Pilani campus. In 2017, this seat closed on 304 marks and in 2018, at 288 marks. But this year, it is not likely that the cutoff for the same seat falls to 267 marks. However, you can aim for other M.Sc. courses offered at Pilani and other campuses. For more information, visit the link provided.

No , you need not fill each BITS campus, each branch separately, you can fill in a single form all the campuses and your preferred branches in that campus. Since counselling for all the campuses is same , this is why you don't need to fill separately.
