If you want to get admission in BITS Hyderabad then you will easily get admission, but it will be quite tough to get admission in BITS Pilani. As, the last year cut off for B. Pharm (hons.) in Hyderabad campus was 217 while in Pilani campus it was 

yes,you can change your stream.But need to have to have a good sgpa.It must be more than 8.5 to get your stream changed.There is that provision present and hence you can upgrade but you have to score more than 8.5 sgpa.So work hard.
