The bits cutoff of 2018 for mechanical engineering are as :

1)pilani campus-313

2)goa compus -283

3)hyderabad campus-275

Based on previous year cutoff , it seems you can get biological science at pilani campus and biological science and chemistry at goa and hyderabad campus if this year cutoff follows same trend as last year, however it is expected to be more or less the same.

see this will be no problem for you, as you can fills the tentative date in the form. 

it is not possible to publish the result on the previous mentioned date exactly.  you need to introducew the certificate at the time of counselling. so the dates doesnot matter

 You can get admission in the reputed BITS Pilani campus for CS branch but still previous analysis also tells us the cutoff can be varying and can be 380, 381, or 387,... who knows. So keeping in mind 382 is a good score you need not to worry
