No, You can't apply because BITs Pilani does not offer Lateral Entry programme.

It offers- Integrated First Degree Programmes, Higher Degree Programmes(M.E. Design,M.E. Electrical,M.E. Microelectronics etc.),Doctoral Programmes (Ph.D.) (M.E. / M.S. / M.B.A. / M.Phil.).

No one exactly knows the number of seats left in these colleges. you should consult the college for the admission and if the seats are there then they will let you know.

As per the eligibility for MBA programme you should have B.E./B.Tech in Engineering or a Masters Degree in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum of 60% aggregate marks in qualifying degree. You can check the further information with the given below link.

no, BITS PILANI accepts board toppers of the state . it does not accept board scores as far as i know

Sorry  to say but it is somehow  nearby impossible to get admission in any of the three campus .You shoud check thier cutoff of last years i.This year expectation is around 300 above marks .
