Hello,
Your score of 390 in BITSAT is very good. But to be eligible for admission into BITS Pilani, a candidate must have secured atleast 75% aggregate in PCM with minimum of 60% in each of the subjects of PCM. Since your aggregate percentage in PCM is lower than the required aggregate, you won't be able to get admission into BITS Pilani.

Hope it helps

Hello aspirant

There are 2 types of criteria to be eligible for admissions to B.E. program at BITS Goa:

  1. BITSAT - Passed 10+2 from a recognized State or Central Board with a minimum of 75% in PCM.
  2. Direct Admission - State Board Toppers are offered direct admissions irrespective of their BITSAT scores, only if they have the highest aggregate in PCM/are Science stream toppers.

So if you have 70% in PCM then sorry you are not eligible for BITS Goa.If marks mentioned by you is overall then you need not to be worry just calculate your PCM percentage and check are you eligible or not.

Hope it helps you.

Thanks and Wishes for your bright future.

Hello there,
The cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it. You haven't mentioned which branch you want to choose, your category and your home state. I'm assuming that you are from the general category.

Analysing the previous year data, the cut-off rank for different branches in NIT Rourkela were as follows:
Civil- 17939
Chemical- 18067
CSE- 4115
Biotechnology- 30834
Electrical- 9875
ECE- 5674
Mechanical- 11825
This is for the general category.
You can check the cut-off ranks of all the categories in the link given below:
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-nit-rourkela

For getting a seat in NIT Rourkela, you need to score atleast 98.5 percentile, or 99.5 percentile to be on the safe side. For that you need 230+ marks in JEE Main.

Hope this answer helps you.
Good luck!!

99.69 percentile means your expected rank would be around 2693 This would be your rank in Common Rank list. Now if the no. Of candidates in Jee Main second phase increases, your rank would also increase. You can use our college predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor Now going by previous year cutoffs, there are decent chances that you may get computer science in top notch NITs like MNIT Allahabad, Nagpur, NIT Surathkal, Rourkela etc. You can also check the last year cutoffs http://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-top-btech-branches Admission to different campuses of BITS is done through BITSAT.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the MBA students at BITS Pilani is well-organized and up-to-date. Classrooms are spacious, with projectors and audio-visual systems installed, enhancing lectures. The campus Wi-Fi is satisfactory, though speed reduces slightly in times of high usage. Seminar halls, case study rooms, and group discussion rooms are available for management students.

Overall my experience so far has been nice.

College Infrastructure

Nice infrastructure, AC class rooms, clean washrooms, well-maintained campus, pretty flowers everywher, pretty pretty snake path and last but not the least, how can I forget our iconic clock tower haha!!
