regarding your question in order to be eligible for counseling and getting seat you need to clear cutoff in exams. If you have not qualified the cutoff then you are not eligible for getting admissio.

Getting a seat in BITS is very hard,hence it is prefered to have a minimum of 320 marks to have a good chance of getting a seat.

I would suggest you to go for admission in CSE branch if you are really interested even if you know about extc.However you will get equal opportunities in both the fields but interest matters a lot.

There is no comparision between IIT-ISM Dhanbad and BIT Mesra.

ISM Dhanbad is much better than BIT Mesra.

college infrastructure is big. expanded in 780 acres with lots of greenery we have first rocketry department. we have central library, modern labs, big lecture hall and 2 auditorium, sports complex with multi gym.
