Yes, you can get admission through JoSAA counselling participating institutes of Madya Pradesh such as in MNIT, Bhopal. Home state quota is applicable for all NITs, Birla Institute of Technology-Mesra, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology- Shibpur, PEC Chandigarh and Ghani Khan Choudhary Institute of Engineering and Technology, Malda, West Bengal except. And the cut off for home state candidates is less compared to cut off for other state candidates. You need to provide your domicile certificate to claim home state reservations in JoSAA counselling.

Nothing can be predicted as 2020 will be the firsy year when AIIMS JIPMER, etc. all other medical entrance examinations have been merged into a common ALL INDIA entrance examination that is the NEET. So the cutoffs cannot be easily predicted as they depend on various factors like number of candidates appearing, paper level difficulty, etc. Cutoffs also vary from state to state and university to university. As of now dont think about all of these and waste your time, keep preparing for the exam in the best way you can and give your best.

Getting above 90% is a huge achievement in itself.

Okay, so coming to the point, since you have interest in Physics and chemistry, you might consider some different courses other than the very obvious ones I.e. Engineering and MBBS.

So,

1. You can sit for IMUCET and enter any of the IMUs. You can have a 4 year Bsc. In Nautical Science, BTech. Marine Engineering, Bsc. Naval Architecture etc. This will end up getting you a job in off or on shore merchant navy. It has got great salary ranging from 3-40 Lpa.

2. You can sit for NDA. A great army life is waiting for you that will not only offer you a good salary of 7-16Lpa with Grade A Gazetted officer recognition.
