Yes , in any college you can take admission in second year of engineering. This is known as Diploma course. For the admission process contact the respective college you want to take admission in.

you  may get any branch in COEP pune except for CSE and MECHANICAL. Last year the last cutoff for SC category was 140. As coep pune is quite famous for its mechanical branch, there  are last chances that you will get mechanical. All the best.

Just clearing the cutoff won't get you a seat in coep you have to be a Maharashtrian candidate or there are few criteria under which if a candidate falls he or she is eligible for admission in coep. Here are the criteria-
