If you are an open category student, there are very slight chances for getting admission here. You may only get BTech Planning or Production branch. Please refer to the following link to get an idea of cutoffs.

yes, in Maharashtra all college accepts jee-mains rankings. whether they are private or governments.like COE Pune, NIT Nagpur, MIT etc.

The obvious answer is yes, students of other students can take admission in the engineering colleges of Pune. But for that you need to fulfill their eligibility criteria.

For example, have a look at admission criteria for MIT College of Engineering, Pune For Outside Maharashtra State (OMS)- Indian candidates (All Categories), Secured minimum 50% in the subjects Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry added together minimum 50% and above and positive score JEE Main (2018) score basis
