    Hii Aishwarya

The admission process for M.Tech in COEP is no different than that for other colleges, and this entire process is similar to the “Common Admission Process (CAP)” adopted now-a-days for undergraduate admissions in Maharashtra State.

    Basic eligibility criteria:

    1. You should be an Indian National
    2. You should have passed/appeared

MTech students have a no. of companies visiting for placements for design, automotive and thermal specialization.

Around 65 % from all 3 specialization got placed in year 2015-16. But COEP MTech is recently accredited by AICTE and is not yet as much reputed among the industry as the BTech course

It takes admission through MHCET . According, to the latest changes difficulty level of MHT CET will be same as JEE Main. There will be no negative marking and twenty percent weightage will be given to standard XI curriculum and 80% weightage will be given to standard XII curriculum in

    Hey! Hi.
SEE, it completely depends on the category you belong to. If you are a general category candidate, then sorry to say but NO, you won't get it. Rest it depends on your category.
    Hope this helps you.
    Thanks

    Hi Hiren,
    Cut off marks :

    • General Open - 181
    • General SC -154
    • General OBC - 175
    • Ledies OBC - 172
    • General NT2 -152
    Thank you !!!

    Hello amit,
For the college which you mentioned above,
There are minimum 170+ marks are required to get admssion in this college.
    Rank must be below 1000.
    Hope this helps.
    Thank you.

Sorry but COEP has high cutoffs for general category.
It is difficult for you to get admission at this score unless you have some reservation.
    Thank you

    Hi
At this score it is difficult for you to get into COEP.
But you can try other autonomous colleges in Maharashtra like KJ Somaiya or VJTI.

Please refer to this link for COEP cutoffs.

    Thank you

Cutoff depends upon the caste category as well as the branch you are interested to take admission in.
Assuming that you are asking for general category, for CSE you need the rank within 540
for  other good branches aim scoring a rank within 1300 to get other decent branches like

COEP is tough at that score. PWD in the general category last year had an MHT CET score of 135 so chances I feel are slim. As for the other eligible colleges, please use MHT CET college predictor. Click on the https://engineering.careers360.com/mhcet-college-predictor

    College Infrastructure: 4/5
    Academics: 3.8/5
    Placements: 4.2/5
    Value for Money: 3.5/5
    Campus Life: 4.1/5

Overall, my college experience has been good and rewarding.

    College Infrastructure

The college has good infrastructure with well-maintained classrooms, laboratories, library and other facilities. The laboratories have the equipment required for practical learning. The campus environment is comfortable and suitable for academics as well as extracurricular activities. Overall, the infrastructure is good, although there is still scope for further improvement and modernization of some facilities.

One of the college to look for an MBA degree.

    College Infrastructure

COEP has a good campus with a mix of modern and old buildings which gives it a unique feel. Overall the infrastructure is decent and the campus is well maintained. Library, labs, smart classrooms and other basic facilities makes it one of the best college.

    No regrets.

    College Infrastructure

Very old yet renovating department by department slowly. Classrooms are being developed and equipped with air conditioning, and machines in laboratories are good and efficient enough. The campus is becoming more environmentally friendly, and the library is really good compared to the old one.
