But you can try other autonomous colleges in Maharashtra like KJ Somaiya or VJTI.

Cutoff depends upon the caste category as well as the branch you are interested to take admission in.
Assuming that you are asking for general category, for CSE you need the rank within 540
for  other good branches aim scoring a rank within 1300 to get other decent branches like EE, IT

COEP is tough at that score. PWD in the general category last year had an MHT CET score of 135 so chances I feel are slim. As for the other eligible colleges, please use MHT CET college predictor. Click on the https://engineering.careers360.com/mhcet-college-predictor

Previous year cutoff for civil in COEP was 119 for ST category.This year if it comes down you may get coep ,otherwise go for any other best college in pune.
It depends upon the difficulty level of MHTCET papers.

Hey dear 140 marks in which exam?you got kindly specify 

Yes ,You can get direct admission in second year of college of engineering pune.you should have minimum 50% marks in your diploma. But merit will count so as much more percentage you have your chances are more because seats are less.

A high std college

College Infrastructure

Ancient buildings with best modern touches is a most famous building in college Overall 36 acres campus, River view and 7 8 department buildings, 2 canteens and 2 auditoriums, 1 sbi bank and atm is also inside.

It is a good experience

The labs and their corresponding equipment are of the highest quality and majority of the faculty are experienced professionals. Classrooms are mediocre in terms of design and comfort as is the WiFi network. Libraries and sports facilities are good. Canteen is clean and hygienic however the Boat Club canteen could do with some work.
