If you were to take my opinion then I would recommend you to take up dy pat college of engineering akurdi rather than it in jaywanteao sawant college of engineering because this college has a brand name in addition to its placements.
The average package for dy Patil is around 5L and that of the other college is around 3.7L. In entc many companies comes for recruitment like Robert Bosch, Deloitte , vedanta and many more.

Due to Covid-19 situation all colleges are collecting there fee through online banking mode. And College Of Engineering Pune (COEP) which is a public university collects the fee of student from the online SBI bank account which gets linked to respective student bank account and transfer the fee from student account to the college account. And you don't have to open SBI account for the COEP as banking process get linked to your own bank account. And for any future query about the fee please contact to the college administration. Yes, Non-Maharashtrian candidates can get admission in College Of Engineering Pune (COEP). And For taking admission in engineering colleges of Maharashtra. You have to appear for MHT CET as well as JEE examination. If you score decent marks up to 160/200 in MHT CET you can get admission in good college of Maharashtra. For COEP you have to score more than 175 /200 in MHT CET because of toughest competition and also good rank in JEE Mains can get you COEP.

Yes, for Sure you can admission to COEP in 2nd Year B.Tech Program. As per my knowledge you have to top in the merit list as you know there are very few seats available in lateral Entry.
