Hello Aspirant,
There are less chances to get admission in COEP because, last year cut off for this college is 99.63 percentile All India Round.
Yet you can try for admission with management quata and you can also try for cap rounds.
COEP is a government engineering college in Pune, and is considered to be the best engineering college in the college after IIT Bombay. All admissions are mainly done through CAP rounds conducted by the CET cell, but after all CAP rounds are over, they will publish a seat matrix of the remaining empty seats on their website.
They will then announce spot rounds and their details on their website. For spot rounds you have to be present with all verified documents, and the required fees as well. If you fail to produce all documents and fees at the time, your seat might go to someone else.
Keep checking their official website for further updates and make sure to carry all necessary items as mentioned by them. All the best!
COEP and VJTI are equally good for other branches, but for CS/IT, VJTI is the second best college in Maharashtra after IIT B.
Because VJTI is located in Mumbai, India's financial capital. All of the top companies come to VJTI for placements, and a few of them also come to COEP and PICT. However, VJTI provides more opportunities than these colleges. If you compare the placement statistics of VJTI and other colleges, you will notice that CS has the most opportunities at VJTI.VJTI is also visited by all of the world's top investment banks and financial services firms.Companies such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, CITI Bank, Barclays, Kotak, and Bank of America all visit VJTI. However, only a few of them visited COEP and PICT.
.
Hey,
COE Pune has best placement stats after VJIT Mumbai. And one of the best branch is Computer Science Engineering(CSE) with almost 95% of placement record it is one of the leading branch in COE Pune.
Cut Off for OBC in Round1 : 1 - 264 , which means nearly 99.98% percentile required for OBC category to get admission in COEP. This can be slightly less for Round2 . For more information you can use Careers360:

Dear aspirant,
If you were to take my opinion then I would recommend you to join mnit jaipur because Its a college of national importance . It has a brand name and in addition to that this college has strong placements.
Yes, it's true civil has a bit lower placements percentage in every college but mnit jaipur has a better rate on investment as compared to coep pune.
COEP has advanced research centers, modern classrooms, and well-equipped labs for M.Tech scholars. Libraries provide access to journals, e-books, and publications that support higher studies. Hostel and campus spaces are well maintained, though some old blocks need better renovation.
COEP Pune has a large, historic campus with roomy classrooms, modern labs, libraries, hostels, sports facilities, and Wi-Fi. The META building and other upgrades make it tech-friendly and comfortable for students.
