Hey Yadventure,yes  if you are from other state, then you are not eligible for admission to B.Tech programmes at College of Engineering, Pune. The 100% seats at this institute are reserved for state domiciled or candidates from home state (Maharashtra) only. However, 15% seats are reserved for All India Quota or other state candidates at private and self-financed institutes of Maharashtra on the basis of JEE Main.

College of engineering pune is an NBA and AICTE approved college located in Pune. It was established in the year 1854. The Institute is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).

The basic eligibility criteria required for getting admission here is that the candidate seeking admission should have passed 10+2 examination with a recognised board and should have secured at least 55% marks. The selection criteria of candidates is based on JEE Main or MHT CET Examination.

The placement is good. Companies like Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon, Wipro, BSNL, Accenture etc visit the campus for recruitment.

COEP accepts both the scores of MHCET and JEE Main for admissions to B.Tech programme.
You can get admission based on your JEE Main score also.

College of engineering Pune is an AICTE and NBA approved college located in Pune , Maharashtra. It was established in the year 1854.

The admissions to the B.Tech programmes are through MHT CET only. For getting admission in B.Tech the eligibility criteria required is that the candidate seeking admission should have passed 10+2 board examination with 50% aggregate marks. Moreover he/she should qualify MHT CET.

no college of engineering [COEP] , pune do not offer post graduate diploma in computer engineering , it offers post graduate diploma in only 4 streams that are listed below

1. enterprise resource planning systems

2. electric mobility

3. additive manufacturing

4. rail and metro technology

you may need to look other colleges offering same.

The admission process fo Under graduate and post graduate colleges and universities like Delhi University, Ip University, IGNOU, DU school of open learning, Bennett University, Amity University etc has already started.

The college gives specialisations in BTech. Admission is based on MHCET or JEE Main score. The eligibility criteria for admissions to the 4 years BE/BTech programme:

A high std college

College Infrastructure

Ancient buildings with best modern touches is a most famous building in college Overall 36 acres campus, River view and 7 8 department buildings, 2 canteens and 2 auditoriums, 1 sbi bank and atm is also inside.

The labs and their corresponding equipment are of the highest quality and majority of the faculty are experienced professionals. Classrooms are mediocre in terms of design and comfort as is the WiFi network. Libraries and sports facilities are good. Canteen is clean and hygienic however the Boat Club canteen could do with some work.
