I couldn't find any college in Maharashtra that offers a Bachelor level degree in Radar Engineering . However , If you are going for M.Tech there a few college that offers the same like Defence Institute of Advanced Technology .

College Infrastructure
Admission:The minimum qualification to apply for the course is B-Tech in Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical science. then, The college have to apply for common all-India competitive like Gate and the admission will be given on the based of marks which are considered as 80% marks on GATE and 20% depends on the interview of the candidate. There is no age limit to apply for the course.

College Infrastructure
It has such a creative infrastructure in Defence Institute of Advanced Technology, Pune. Lot of greenery around everywhere. Parking area is also available. Classess are spacious and very cleaned and hygienic.
