Depends on the credit score of the university. The credit score of university comes in picture when you leave your state or country for further studies.

If credit score of applying university is lesser than that of GTU than its of no use applying there.

To check their curriculum of the particular field which you want to pursue.

I would like to say that you are definitely eligible for choosing Computer Science as a subject after your Secondary School Certificate, if you have scored 74 percentile in the 10th standard from a recognized board. Some institutions also conduct a short interview session to test the capabilities of the students. Other institutes conduct either written tests, or select the students on merit basis. You can choose any one between Science with Computer Science, and Arts with Computer Science.

Also, you are eligible to choose Computer Science as your line of study after Higher Secondary Certificate from a recognized university or board, and you can pursue your graduation in the same field from a good institute, if you choose to do so. Most of the institutes nowadays conduct written tests and interview sessions to know the potential of the students, and so, it is very important to have enough skills to crack the exam and pass the personal interview session as well. If you are able to do so, you will definitely be selected. Other institutes select students on merit basis. There are many special courses on Computer Science after 10+2 level, such as- BCA, BTech in IT, and BSc IT.

But, as you haven't mentioned the relevant details about the standard in which you have scored 74 percentile, I am not able to provide you with the perfect and specific information about the exams you need to go through, as all the institutes have their own criteria and rules for selecting the students, be it after 10 ^th , or after 10+2 as a line of study.
