You may get admission for MTECH in Mechanical Engineering in The Maharaj Sayajirao University,  Parul University. You can also try in Indus University and Navratna

IGNOU does not provide BE courses. You can do btech in electrical engineering after diploma in lateral entry. You can do your Engineering from AMIE. But it is recommended to do engineering in regular course as engineering is a course which makes you a professional in technology which

2. College Ranking
3. Scholastic record of the student
4. Academic and co-curricular profile
