In my point of view, IItm chem is better.
Dont think of branch change in iits. Due to a large competition it becomes difficult to change branch. Choose your branch related to interests and not due to packages.

IIT BHU would be a better choice for chemical engg. BHU has a great and experienced facilities and faculties in this domain.

Hello Khalid, IIIT Hyderabad is better in terms of placement. Though faculty, campus and infra is good of both. IIIT Hyderabad - The placements of this college is the prime reason it is becoming more and more popular in recent times. Over the past years, median salary has been consistently over 15-18 lacs. In addition to that top salaries abroad go in the range 150,000 US dollars. Almost all top companies namely Uber, Apple, Microsoft, Qualcomm etc. come for the placements.

IIT Roorkee and Hyderabad are best colleges for Mechanical engineering alongside Kharagpur campus.
Incomparison,
Roorkee Campus offers 8.9lac as median package for Mechanical engineering and is ranked 7 in India.
Hyderabad campus offers average package of 7LPA and is rnaked 22 in Jndia.
Overall both have good facilities and faculty is experience.
Infrastructure is much. Better in Roorkee camous and hence shoukd be preferred over hyderabad campus.

The infrastructure of IITH is outstanding and modern. The campus is spread over 576 acres and boasts eco-friendly, futuristic architecture. Classrooms are spacious and equipped with smart boards and high-speed internet. The library is digitally advanced with a rich collection of books and journals.
