Hello sir, my gate score is 581 and rank is 2553. As per previous cutoff i could get IITH RA and new IIT. so what are this year chances?

The score is good.As per the cutoffs of previous years for IITs ,you have good chance of getting IITs which are lower ranked and are new.And there is the chance of getting IIT Hyderabad,if you go for rounds of Counselling.So,be patient in the rounds, hopefully you will get it.
