how much percentage are required in 12th boards to get admission in iit hyderabad

You must have secured at least 75% marks or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th Class Examination conducted by respective boards.
For SC/ST students, there shall be a relaxation of 5% in this criterion.

Is there any method to get entrance in IIT Hyderabad without qualifying for jee advanced

Yes you can get into IIT Hyderabad without qualifying Advance and the step would be clearing GATE after your graduation.Yes you can do M.Tech from IIT Hyderabad that too without qualifying Advance but you have to qualify gate after 4 years.
That would be the only way to get into
