Can I apply gate 2018 score for mtech application form of 2019 of ISM Dhanbad or only gate 2019 scorecard can be applied.

yes, you can apply for m.tech admission. Gate Score valid for 3 years means it is valid up to 3 years from the date of Results. You can take only take PG admissions through this GATE score. PSUs take candidates on the basis of recent GATE score only.

What are the scope and opportunities of Industrial engineering and management from ISM Dhanbad?

In the year 2016 the placements for industrial engineering was good. Four of the students out of 29 got placed in Tata Steel and rest in IT firms for core role.
As far as management is concerned the placement scenario is not good for them.

ISM, Dhanbad doesn't accept NMAT score.

I suppose there is some server issue as many candidates are facing this same issue. You are suggested to keep trying to download the admit card till the end of the day. Even then if the same problem persists then you will have to contact them via customer care

Yes you can apply for faculty in chem engg in any college and you can a good one as now the new rule for faculty is to be PhD, son't know from when government is applying for that but its coming soon. So good luck.
