M.Tech in Structural Engineering at NITs the top ones will be a better choice according to my opinion. Rest, it depends on your interest.

ISM EE is good a entrance exam for the mtech candidates including 15 courses by the institution. ISM also takes GATE scores & GATE candidates get preference in the the admission.

Not really. Earlier, there was the ISMEE which is still there but mechanical engineering is removed from its purview. So no unles you have the criteria mentioned below by Manashjyoti.
There were various other companies that visited every year. Equal opportunities are provided to both the B.Tech as well as the M.Tech students for placements and the guidance as well.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure was very clean and calm there are more than 10000 plus computer accebility. 24/7 Library facility which is 7 storey building. Hostel accommodation is provided seperately for boys and girls. And 2 grounds are there and one is separate for cricket. Coming to food i can't say it is excellent but we can adjust it.

College Infrastructure
Located in the heart of "the coal city - Dhanbad", this college is among the top universities of India. This place is equipped with all accommodation facilities like hostels, sports area, library. All classes here are equipped with smart boards, projectors.
Over all the experience was good.

College Infrastructure
The colleges located in a very primary location in Dhanbad and the infrastructure is very nice and the campus is a closed campus. There are different hostels such as diamond hostel and many more. The college is multiple grounds and special facility for person interaction additionally there is provision for gym and swimming pool as well and many more sports.
