iam a diploma student, can i eligible to join this college for btech lateral entry?

Diploma students arenot permitted to join IITs asonly studnets from Science stream with minimum 75%aggregate marks in10+2 and havubg appeared for Jee Advanced are eligible.

Students can either be in top20 percentile amingst respective boards.

For SC and St category, criteria relaxed to 65 %aggregate marks in 12th.

How much marks I need in jam to take admission in IIT Madras for mathematics?

You rank must be below 150 AIR in general Category or for OBC it should be below 200 AIR in IIT JaM. It can be achieved only if you succeed to score 60+ marks. However, you can also get IITs will 50-55 marks. But not any top IITs

At which which year IIT Madras held the gate exam before ever? Please mention all the previous years years

IIT madras conducts this exam after every 6 years, starting from 1985 but there are some fluctuations in this trend in recent years:1991,1997,2003,2011 and now it is suppossed to conduct this exam in 2019 and 2021 but it is not confirmed yet.

Hello Sumit,

In case of sliding, if you have not goit any change in course then the old seat will be retained.

Only if you withdraw and apply for sliding or special rounds then you will lose your seat.

For MSc is IIT Madras is best or bombay???and also what is the cutoff for them both??

IIT Madras and Bombayboth are simply excellent.

There is practically no difference in placements as both very competitive.

However, IIT BOmbay is rank1 institute in India andhas best teaching facilities and learning methodology.

IIT MADRAS shoukd be given second preference.

My college has big lab, facilities for quizzes and equipment for experiment. In my college there is laboratories, libraries is good and also sports fest in every year. Food and living space are clean and hygiene.

IIT MADRAS is no 1 college in India so here all facilities be available .Classroom and laboratry be well modern and updated. A lot of sports facilities is there one Olympic size running ground is available .Each and every thing what you expect in good college is available there. One of the most important things that campus is naturally habitat.
