At which which year IIT Madras held the gate exam before ever? Please mention all the previous years years

IIT madras conducts this exam after every 6 years, starting from 1985 but there are some fluctuations in this trend in recent years:1991,1997,2003,2011 and now it is suppossed to conduct this exam in 2019 and 2021 but it is not confirmed yet.

Hello Sumit,

In case of sliding, if you have not goit any change in course then the old seat will be retained.

Only if you withdraw and apply for sliding or special rounds then you will lose your seat.

For MSc is IIT Madras is best or bombay???and also what is the cutoff for them both??

IIT Madras and Bombayboth are simply excellent.

There is practically no difference in placements as both very competitive.

However, IIT BOmbay is rank1 institute in India andhas best teaching facilities and learning methodology.

IIT MADRAS shoukd be given second preference.

If I want admission in IIT Madras then what will be cutoff ?? I m in 1st year of BSC chemistry and want admission in MSC organic chemistry?

Hello Jhanvi,

For getting M.Sc courses in IIT Madras you should have a good score in JAM (Joint Admission Test for M.Sc).

Also you should have good percentage in B.Sc for appearing and getting shortlisted in JAM.

Is the fee mentioned for 4 years or for a single year

Tuition fee per year at IIT Madras is 1.07 Lakhs and histel fee is 29k.

So total fee per year is cumulative of 1.36lakhs.

Sir but actually i have already once written jee mains in 2018 if i am writing jan that will be 2nd and april that will be3rd attempt

Total number of attempts allowed have not been notified by NTA.

However tentatively we expect students shall be allowed to attempt both January and April 2019, even if they have appeared for Jee 2018.

You shoukd give both attempts for Jee Main January and April 2019.

Best of two scores will be cinsidered.

You should clear all fundamental and practise maximum mock exams for rectification of mistakes and weak areas can be spotted.

Inorder to apply in IIT'S you need to appear in counselling which is conducted by JOSAA inorder to intake the students for IIT'S and NIT'S. If you have a good score in JEE Advance then surely you will able to take IIT M and IIT Delhi .

What is difference between angle projectile and horizontal projectile in space and surface of earth

Maximum height from the surface is reached when s in the component of the velocity of projectile becomes 0 (zero)
Using the kinematic formula we get

v2u2=2gh

As the force of gravity is acts against the direction of vertical component of initial velocity so it is considered as deceleration.

College Infrastructure

Top notch College infrastruture One can get every facilities from library to swiming pool, from Basket ball court to Research park. You just name it. Super speed wifi, All the spaces in the campus is clean. Everyday cleaning happens in hostel washrooms. Different options like veg, non-veg, jain are available in mess.

Classrooms are modern with digital facilities and laboratories are well equipped for practical knowledge . The library is spacious with wide range of books. Hostels facilities are good with proper hygiene , security , and basic amenities . The campus also offer strong wifi connectivity, medical facilities , canteens, and well maintained sports ground for both indoor and outdoor activities .
