If you belong to the general category, I think it will be very difficult for you to get any IIIT's or GFTI's. This percentile will not take you to even low ranking colleges in JOSAA counselling. But if you still want to make sure, register yourself for JOSAA

As you mentioned the percentage of disability as 78%, you have a fair chance to get into any of the IITs and NITs.

And as your percentile is 60% in JEE, you have a fair enough chance to get into the NITs of your home state easily.

There is reservation present in IIIT Bhopal for SC/ST student. There is no discrimination about reservations. Since admissions in IIIT Bhopal are done using the result of JEE, which has reservations for SC/ST.
