I think you will be able to get IIIT Chittoor because of previous year cutoffs for the general category.

You need to understand that there is no benefit of the cutoff for the ews category, there is only a reservation of seats

According to your rank, it will be impossible for you to get a seat in a IIIT or NIT if you are not from home state quota because then you need to secure a rank below 20k to stand a chance.

But, if you are from home state

Getting NITs or IIITs basically depends your percentile which must be atleast 95 percentile or above if you belongs to general category but more or less it depends on category too getting 88.7 percentile means your marks must lies between 105-115 so if you belongs to general category getting these

IIIT Trichy Admission is through JOSSA Counselling on the basis of JEE Main Score. You need to apply for JOSSA counselling when its registration get start. The registration is expected to start from second week of June, 2019. You can check the further information with the given below
