With this rank, the chances are less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs  but you can have the other chances like Tezpur University, Tezpur, Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Pauri Garhwal, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur, Mizoram University, Aizawl etc.

You get around 90 percentile in JEE main It means 90% students are behind you and only 10% students are ahead of you it means your rank would be around 100000 so you can estimate that whether it is a good score or not I don't think that

If 150000 is your GENERAL CRL rank then yes you are eligible for JEE ADVANCED. If CSAB special round cutoff is conducted then you may get a seat in lower NITs and GFTIs. Be flexible with your choices during the choice filling process to confirm a seat.
