With a rank of 13149 you can get into the mid tier NIT and IIIT colleges such as NIT Hamirpur, NIT Srinagar, NIT Silchar and others. But you won't get core brocades such as CSE and E&C. You will get lower branches in these colleges. I would suggest

Sorry but it is almost impossible to get any IIIT nad with CSE. As there is no home state quota in IIIT so it is very difficult to get CSE in IIIT in this rank.

But you can NIT srinagar or some other private colleges which ae really good

At this jee mains CRL rank, you have very low chances of getting admission in NITs or IIITs, but you can try for admission in GETIs through Josaa counselling based on your jee mains 2019 rank.

EWS category reservation has been provided first time in JEE Main Entrance Exam and previous year cutoff is not available so it would be difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities with EWS category rank.

College Infrastructure

As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.

Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.

College infrastructure is quite good there is lot of greenery in our college. Building are a bit old. Rooms are okayish i would say(enough for a person) college is small, it extends upto 30 acres. Overall it is not much bad
