IIIT bangalore admissions are on the basis of JEE mains score and then one needs to seprately apply for IIIT-B coumselling.

The last year cutoff in the final round was:

Integrated M.Tech. (iMTech) in CSE-200

Integrated M.Tech. (iMTech) in ECE-190

The final cutoff was 196 and 186 respectively

• As per your score, your rank lies around 70,000,
• IIIT Hyderabad takes admissions through, jee mains score(you can get into through some other ways also)
• As it is a PPP There is not reservation based on caste.
• The cutoff for btech ranges from(1000-2200)  based on branch,
• So

According to your category rank it's quite diificult to get even if one goes by home state counselling. By following the national reservation percentage which is 27.5% for OBCs, most likely its possible to get. 

But at last don't lose hope, table might turn at the very 11th hour.

You will need an aggregate of 75% marks in Phy,Chem,Math to be eligible for admission in IIT along with your JEE marks.

According to the Careers360 JEE rank predictor your approximate general rank will be be between 9428 to 11028 and your category rank will be somewhere between 1 to 161. 

Last year in IIIT bhubaneswar the cutoff for Computer science engineering for outside state was 241.

There is no Mechanical Engineering branch offered at IIIT Hyderabad. Look at the programmes offered by the college here.

Only B.Tech in CSE and B.Tech ECE are the two engineering branches available at IIIT-Hyderabad. (UG)
